About Our SkillBridge Program

Our SkillBridge Internship is built for high-performing service members who want to break into real estate investing and acquisitions. During this internship, you’ll learn:

- How to find and analyze off-market properties using proven systems and tools to identify motivated sellers and evaluate deals.

- How to communicate and negotiate effectively with homeowners to create win-win solutions and secure contracts.

- How to structure and close deals from initial contact to signed contract, gaining real-world experience in the acquisitions process.

- Real-world deal packaging, due diligence, and market analysis

- Location: Virtual/Hybrid (Tampa, FL region optional site visits)

- Timeline: Flexible based on your SkillBridge availability
- Ideal Candidate: Motivated, coachable, Excel proficient, and ready to work independently
